As part of our Dementia Training with a Difference program, this training supports your team to move beyond theory and build practical skills for everyday dementia care. The focus is on communication, connection and responsive approaches that improve confidence and reduce distress.

Mental Health First Aid for Older People
Build confidence in recognising and responding to mental health concerns in older people living in the community. This evidence based, credentialled training will support you to respond safely and appropriately.
You will learn how to identify common signs and symptoms of mental health problems, initiate supportive conversations and connect older people with appropriate supports and services.
Delivered through practical, discussion-based learning, this training will equip you with the skills to provide initial support and become accredited as a Mental Health First Aider for 3 years.
Aged Care Reforms 101
