Kathy is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with over 20 years of expertise across a wide range of healthcare settings.
Her career spans acute, sub-acute, community, and aged care, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the diverse needs and challenges within the health and aged care sectors.
With a strong foundation in clinical care, project management, and senior leadership roles, Kathy brings a unique blend of nursing expertise, management skills, and a passion for mentorship to her work.
Kate Lamont
Director
Occupational Therapist
Expert in Quality and Safety in Aged Care
Kate is a highly skilled Occupational Therapist with a Master’s degree in Health Services Management and 20 years of experience in healthcare, policy development, and quality improvement.
With a strong clinical background and a passion for improving care environments, Kate’s expertise lies in creating spaces that support best practice dementia care and driving quality and safety initiatives across the aged care sector.
