Support For You
Practical guidance, education and support for older people and their families
Navigating ageing, care and support can bring questions, decisions and challenges you may not have faced before. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
Whether you’re an older person looking for information and support, or a family member wanting to better understand how to help someone you care about, having access to clear, practical guidance can make the journey feel a little easier.
At Thrive Aged Care Consultants, we provide education, resources and support designed specifically for older people, families and carers.
We can help you better understand ageing and dementia, navigate changes in care needs, build confidence in supporting a loved one and make informed decisions about what comes next.
Our approach is practical, compassionate and grounded in real-world aged care experience. We focus on making information easier to understand and giving you useful strategies that can be applied to everyday life.
Please note: Thrive Aged Care Consultants do not provide Aged Care Services / Support at Home. We are a consultancy service, offering training and education across the aged care sector.
